At Dandeli Homestays, we understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring clarity.

1. Cancellation Charges

• Full Payment: 20% fee if canceled 48+ hours before check-in.
• Partial Payment: Non-refundable.

2. Booking Modifications

Bookings can be modified up to 48 hours before check-in (or 72 hours for select stays), subject to availability.

3. No Same-Day Cancellations

Same-day cancellations are not permitted. Contact customer support if urgent.

4. Exceptional Situations

In emergencies beyond your control, we will try to reschedule or provide travel credit.
